Cookie Policy
Last updated April 2026
This page lists the cookies TheatreHQ may set when you use this website, why we set them, and how long they last. We only set non-essential cookies after you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner. If you click "Reject", or close the banner without choosing, we set only the strictly-necessary cookies described below.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the site to work and for us to demonstrate you have made a cookie choice. They do not store any personally identifiable information.
- cookie_consent — Stores your choice from the cookie banner so we don''t ask you again on every visit. First-party. Lasts 365 days.
- consent_anon_id — A random identifier (no name, no email, no IP) that lets us tie an Accept choice to a later Revoke choice from the same browser. Set when you first interact with the cookie banner. First-party. Lasts 365 days.
- PHPSESSID — Maintains your session if you log into the admin or customer portal. First-party. Lasts until you close the browser.
Analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. They are only set after you click "Accept all". You can withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
- _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics) — Distinguishes unique visitors and tracks site usage in aggregate. Third-party. Lasts up to 2 years.
- _clck, _clsk (Microsoft Clarity) — Records anonymised session replays and heatmaps to help us improve the user experience. Third-party. Lasts up to 1 year.
- _fbp (Meta Pixel) — Only set if a Meta Pixel ID is configured by the site administrator. Used for conversion tracking. Third-party. Lasts up to 90 days.
Our consent record
To meet our obligations under UK GDPR Article 7 ("demonstrating consent"), we keep a server-side log of your cookie banner decisions. The log records: the time of your decision, the action you took (Accept / Reject / Revoke), the anonymous identifier from the consent_anon_id cookie above, the wording version of the banner you saw, and a truncated copy of your browser user agent string. The log does not contain your name, email address, or IP address.
We retain consent log entries for up to 24 months. After that we delete them.
To request a copy of your consent record, or to have it deleted, email us via the contact page and include the value of your consent_anon_id cookie (you can find it in your browser''s developer tools under Application → Cookies).
Changing your mind
You can change your cookie choice at any time by clicking the Cookie preferences link in the page footer. This will record the revocation in our consent log, reset your decision, and re-show the banner so you can pick again. You can also clear cookies for this site directly in your browser settings.
