Every order, online or at the box office, is listed in one place with its reference, customer, performance, ticket count and payment method. Find a booking in seconds when someone calls about it, and refund it from the same screen.

Raise money at every opportunity

Create a fundraising event — a quiz night, gala dinner, barn dance, auction or concert — with its own page, tickets, raffle and fundraising goal. Supporters can add a donation when they book, ticking a Gift Aid declaration as they go, and cash donations taken on the night can be recorded alongside the online ones.

Claim the Gift Aid you are owed

When a donor makes a Gift Aid declaration, TheatreHQ keeps it with their donation and totals what you can claim. If your society is a registered charity, that is an extra 25p on every eligible pound, without a separate spreadsheet.
