Let your audience choose their seats
Booking starts with a performance and ends with a seat. Your audience sees your auditorium as it really is, with seats already sold crossed out, chooses where they want to sit and picks a ticket type for each seat. Families can mix adult, concession and child tickets in one booking, and nobody has to create an account.

Build your venue's seating plan
The row generator builds a plan in seconds: set the number of rows and seats, where the aisles fall, and whether rows grow or narrow towards the back. Thrust stages are supported, and individual seats can be marked as accessible, restricted view or unavailable. Attach the plan to a show and every performance gets its own seat inventory.

Know how every show is selling
Each production has a live sales dashboard: revenue, seats sold against capacity for every performance, how many orders came online or over the counter, and which ticket types are selling. You can spot a quiet Thursday weeks ahead, while there is still time to do something about it.

On the night
Door staff scan tickets with any phone or tablet, and the live attendance view shows who has arrived. Afterwards, the post-show report lists no-shows so you can follow up. If someone needs to change nights, tickets can be moved between performances.
Seating is one part of running a box office. For the whole picture — online sales, cash on the door, reports and payments — see box office software for amateur theatre.
