External hires, your own rehearsals and events side by side, colour-coded by type.
Recurring bookings
Set up a weekly class or club once and every session is booked.
Equipment add-ons
Let hirers add equipment to their booking, priced separately.
Blocked dates & policies
Close rooms for your own shows, and set notice periods and cancellation terms.
Your rooms, booked without the back-and-forth
Many societies own or manage a hall, studio or rehearsal room, and hiring it out pays for the upkeep. Each room gets its own public page with a description, capacity and prices by the hour, half day or full day. Hirers can book and pay straight away, or send an enquiry for you to approve first — your choice for each room.
One calendar for everything
The booking calendar shows the whole week across every room: the dance school's Monday class, the choir on Wednesdays, a birthday party, and your own rehearsals, colour-coded so you can see at a glance what is a hire, what is a production and what is an event.

Every booking, from enquiry to paid
The bookings list covers everything from new enquiries to confirmed and completed hires, with the room, date, time, booker and amount. Weekly clubs can be set up as recurring bookings, equipment can be added to a hire, and dates can be blocked out for your own shows.
