TheatreHQ gives every item a record with its photo, category, era, colours, sizes, storage location, condition and value. Search and filter the collection when you are planning a show, instead of opening every box in the loft.
See where every item is
Sign items out to a production, to the actor who will wear them and the character they are for. Each item's page shows what it is assigned to now and its history, alongside a QR code you can print as a label. When the show closes, record each item's condition as it comes back.
Keep it in good repair
Condition is tracked over time, repairs and cleaning are logged as maintenance, and reports show what is out, what is in poor condition and what your collection is worth — useful for insurance as well as planning.
