Free volunteer rota template

The same handful of people end up doing everything, until one day they stop. This rota helps you spread the load: one row per performance, one column per job, and a count of how many shifts each volunteer is down for.

What's inside

• A rota grid with a row for each performance and columns for front of house, box office, ushers, programmes, raffle, bar, backstage, first aid and the get-out
• A volunteer list with contact details, the jobs each person is happy to do and when they are not available
• Drop-down lists of your volunteers in every rota slot
• Empty slots highlighted, so gaps stand out before the night
• An automatic count of each person's shifts
